What files does Order Summary accept?
The Meesho orders CSV export and the tcs_sales.xlsx / tcs_sales_return.xlsx workbooks. The tool detects the columns automatically, so different export versions still work.
What is RTO risk and why does it matter?
RTO (return to origin) is when an order is shipped but never delivered and comes back to you. You pay shipping both ways and lose the product's sale window — so a high RTO rate silently eats your margin. The tool shows your RTO rate and the states where it happens most.
Does it compute GST and TCS?
It aggregates month-wise sales and TCS amounts from the TCS workbooks and exports them in a summary format that supports your GSTR-1 filing and TCS reconciliation. It is not a replacement for a CA or GST software.
